The Service provides college admissions guidance through a conversational chat interface where users interact with an artificial intelligence system—not human counselors—to receive information and recommendations about the college admissions process.

Important: When you use AskAnji, you are communicating with an AI chatbot, not a human advisor. All responses are generated by artificial intelligence technology based on expert-curated admissions logic. The term "you" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses our Service, including students, parents, guardians, and other visitors.

Our Service is available to students in grades 6 through college, as well as parents and guardians. If you are under 13 years of age, you must have verifiable parental consent before registering for or using our Service, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use this Service. Parents or guardians registering on behalf of a minor accept these Terms on their behalf.

We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Our chatbot utilizes third-party artificial intelligence technology providers to generate responses to your queries. When you send a message to our chatbot, your input and relevant context are processed by these AI systems. While we have implemented measures to ensure quality and accuracy, we are not responsible for any errors or issues arising from these third-party technologies.

7. Consultation Services

AskAnji offers users the option to schedule consultations or discovery sessions with human advisors from Anja Education Consultants. These consultation services are separate from the free AI chatbot guidance provided through the AskAnji platform. Any paid consulting services you may choose to engage are subject to separate terms and conditions provided by Anja Education Consultants.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL CHATBOT RESPONSES AND AI-GENERATED CONTENT, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR CHATBOT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8.2 Educational Disclaimer

AskAnji is an AI chatbot designed to provide general information and guidance about the college admissions process. We do not guarantee admission to any specific college, university, summer program, or internship. We do not guarantee any specific scholarship or financial aid package. Results vary based on individual circumstances, and the information provided by the chatbot should be used as one of many resources in your college planning process.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE OR CHATBOT; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (C) ANY CONTENT OR RESPONSES OBTAINED FROM THE CHATBOT; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including any decisions made based on chatbot responses.

11. Chat Data and Conversations

Your chat conversations with the AskAnji chatbot are stored securely and are retained indefinitely to provide you with a continuous experience and access to your conversation history. You have the ability to delete specific conversations or all of your chat history at any time through your account settings. Conversations may be used in anonymized and aggregated form to improve our AI chatbot and service quality.

Please Note: Do not share sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, passwords, or other highly confidential information in your chat conversations with the AI.

12. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at admin@anjedu.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users of the Service, or is harmful to our business interests.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at admin@anjedu.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of your initial contact.

13.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Travis County, Texas. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

13.4 Time Limitation

Any arbitration or legal action must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action arises; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms
